These Terms & Conditions set forth the conditions on which we will provide the services offered through the Thailandesim.info website. This Terms & Conditions is a contract between you (“Customer”) and Thailand eSIM (“We” or “Company”), and covers all payment and services made pursuant to this Website.

1. Nature of services
The company provides an eSIM service (the “eSIM”), to travelers who plan to visit any of the countries that we provide coverage to.
2. Fees and charges
Fees for the use of our Roaming Service are assessed commencing as of the Payment Date. Our current fee schedule is posted on our Website and may be amended from time to time upon prior notice. To place any booking, we require you to make a payment of the anticipated charges.
In the event of an Invoice dispute, the customer shall deliver a written statement to the Service Provider no later than 7 days prior to the date payment is due on the disputed invoice listing all disputed items and providing a reasonably detailed description of each disputed item.
Amounts not so disputed or have been confirmed by a final court judgment shall be deemed accepted and shall be paid, notwithstanding disputes on other items, within 7 days. Thailand eSIM shall seek to resolve all such disputes expeditiously and in good faith.
If for any reason you need to cancel your payment, you can do so without penalty before your eSIM QR Code has been delivered. After your eSIM QR code has been delivered, you cannot cancel your payment and can only be refunded if there is a malfunction of the eSIM.
As a digital SIM, an eSIM allows travelers to use a Thailand data plan at a local rate without switching a physical SIM card.
